The Raymor Team

Rick Raymor Team Leader Originally from Troy, Michigan, Rick attended Central Michigan University for two years where he played football. He moved to Houston, Texas in 1980. He finished his college at the University of Houston with a degree in Mathematics while working as a Systems Analyst at EXXON. Rick received his real estate license in 1986 and became involved with investment properties during the Houston downturn. He fell in love with the business and left Exxon to pursue what he loves to do and has been practicing for over 21 years. His talents are specialized skills in negotiation top dollar, market analysis, buyer generation, and team motivation. He strives for excellence and values each client as his own. He has a positive and calming nature about him and never pressures the client.

Suzy Raymor Listing Coordinator Suzy was raised in Port Lavaca, Texas where she many years of experience of business ownership and management. She brings a great deal of sales and marketing experience to our clients. Suzy has lived in Houston since 1986 and continued sales education skill until receiving her real estate licenses in 1992. Rick and Suzy started working together which formed the Raymor Team to better serve their real estate clients. They continually receive many awards in the industry for their vast marketing innovation and results. Suzy always strives to keep up with the latest and dynamic marketing solutions to give their clients maximum market exposure. Her can-do attitude keeps us at the top of our game.

Barbara Jonte Transaction Coordinator A native Houstonian married 26 years and has two children along with one granddaughter. When not working, Barbara enjoys reading a good book, traveling and spending time with her children and granddaughter. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Barbara was an Administrative Supervisor with the El Paso Company for 16 years. As a member of the Raymor Team, Barbara has a tremendous ¬knack for helping clients with customer service. She uses her talents in helping our sellers and buyers through the many steps of the real estate transaction process.

Janice Colson Buyers Agent Although not a native Texan, Janice has been living in Houston since moving here from Oregan in 1974. She brings 12 years of experience in real estate and truly enjoys helping her clients find their perfect home. Janice has two sons and two grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with when not working. She also enjoys bike riding, camping, and visiting Galveston and Kemah as often as she can.

Kylee Raymor Darwin Technology Specialist Kylee was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006. Because of her family ties to the industry, Kylee has contributed to the success of Raymor Team with her marketing and technological skills for the past 10 years. Kylee is married with one son who became Rick and Suzy's first grandchild in November 2009. She enjoys music, watching Houston sports teams, and traveling around the world.
